What if a local community of faith were as active in working toward equality among persons active in that community as Google is among their employees?
I think that local congregations and denominations can learn to be more active in creating equality rather than simply tolerating those who are different. I believe that part of my role as a leader in the church is to be active in this area. I recognize that this is a growing edge for me.
