“Making a difference is downright joyful, fulfilling and good.”

Along with the Everything Must Change Tour coming up in Kansas, there is also an upcoming book by the same name, Everything Must Change: Jesus, Global Crises and a Revolution of Hope.

The title of this post is from Brian McLaren via the excerpt below – reading from the book… (Be aware, the video ends about 1:43 and then continues in black, nonetheless…)

Basically a teaser, and it has piqued my interest. I think that the third point in the video is excellent:

“When you are done with this book, you’ll not only feel better about the world and your place in it but you’ll also know how you can make a difference.”

This is where I find myself – wanting to make a difference and wanting to know how to make a difference. I believe that this is where many people find themselves – wanting to know why their life matters and how they can make a mark on the world and on the people around them. I hope that as a pastor I can help people take the next step in their journey of faith and to know that…

“Making a difference is downright joyful, fulfilling and good” (Brian McLaren).
