LifeChurch.tv Internet Campus – Is (2 of 8)

I think that it was Terry Storch that shared these parameters of what an internet campus consists:

  • Content – There is some type of content that is delivered, primarily a worship service including music, announcements, prayer, scripture and teaching / preaching.
  • Connectivity – Internet campus congregants connect live to content that is being broadcast via the internet. Whether as an individual at a computer or a group of 40 or 50 watching the live stream each is connected to the source of content.
  • Community – Community is formed when internet campus congregants connect with each other and not just to the content. Community comes into existence at worship, in small groups and for missions. Worship and small groups happen online and in person, while missions happen in person.
