In this post, Alan answers the question: “If you were asked to steer a conventional, western church on a missional path and were given the freedom to utilize or reallocate all funds and resources in the best way you felt this could be accomplished, how and what would you do?” Excellent question for many UMC’s and great responses.
Missional Jerry describes several qualities of a gathering of a missional church here – Becoming Missional: Missional – When a Missional Church Gathers. Good thoughts and description of the gathering of God’s people.
Tony has exceptional post summarizing a wired interview with Eric Schmidt on 3 Strategy Lessons from Google which have great application to the church. I have not read the wired article, but think that Tony is right on here.
