We just finished up a fantastic sermon series at Resurrection – The Gospel on Broadway. While technically off-Broadway, what other opportunity would you have for this song from High School Musical in the middle of worship?
Beauty and the Beast and Les Miserables were the theme for the previous two weeks. Transitions between the semon, music, video and other elements in the service were given particular attention and this really helped create a great experience.

I’ll bet they were great messages.. our friends go to COR and loved them. I have often wanted to preach a message like that on the Phantom of the Opera.. maybe one day?
Phantom of the Opera would be a great one as well. These shows corresponded with those that were showing in Kansas City this summer
