New Church Management System

The word is out that the decision is made on the new church management system at Resurrection. We will be making a transition to Arena. You can find great posts on the process at The Appian Way:

This transition will be a significant change for staff, leaders and the entire Resurrection community. In my role as pastor and in the Congregational Care department, there is the potential for great improvements in efficiency, follow up and effectiveness in ministry. I think that the potential gains will correlate very closely with commitment by each person to learn new ways of being in ministry. The cut over date is scheduled for spring / summer of 2008. I am excited…

I know that Arena is not the right choice for each church and may not be the best choice for Resurrection years from now.

What church management system, if any, does your church utilize? Pros? Cons?
