This transition will be a significant change for staff, leaders and the entire Resurrection community. In my role as pastor and in the Congregational Care department, there is the potential for great improvements in efficiency, follow up and effectiveness in ministry. I know that Arena is not the right choice for each church and may not be the best choice for Resurrection years from now.
