Andrew,

There is a local author who does a lot with the Enneagram, who has written a text, and teaches classes on the Enneagram. The book is “Parables and the Enneagram.” The author is Clarence Thomson. I have not engaged the text, and so I don’t know if I can recommend, but did know about it. Thanks! I can connect you if you would like.

We did the enneagram in my CPE program. Great stuff! The thing nailed me to the “T”. I highly recommend it. I’d love to explore its implications for team building in ministry.

Dan – Glad to hear it. I did take it, but have found other types of personality tests to be more helpful. I agree, this type of stuff is great for team building.
