Internal Family Systems

This three week class begins on September 12 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. It will help you understand your own Internal Family System (IFS) as a path for personal and spiritual growth. It offers a simple, yet profound and fascinating wholenss pathway for gaining self understanding, healing and growth. This class will review the basics of the IFS approach and help participants get a start on the path. This class will be facilitated by Paul Wilson, PhD., Psychologist.

This course is a part of the Living Forward Congregational Care Classes. These are offered by the pastors and staff of Congregational Care, these opportunities are intended to teach, nurture, encourage and care for you, your neighbors, family and friends.
