In the past several months (see posts below) I have written about tools that I have used to be of assistance in caring for the people of the N-R Pastorate at Resurrection. Although I do enjoy technology and increased efficiency, this is not the primary motivation for utilizing these tools.
I recently came across a blog, PastorHacks, that has a subtitle that expresses the motivation well:
Less time on tasks… more time with people.
Building relationships is an essential part of my life as a pastor, a Christian, and as a person.
