I had the opportunity to write the prayer guide at Resurrection this week. The prayer for the day is:
O God, our creator, we celebrate the new creation that is found in the life of Jesus Christ. We pray for the power of the resurrection to resonate in our lives, so that we may become more deeply committed followers of Jesus. As we enter deeper into the mystery of the resurrection, send us out to be agents of your Kingdom in this world. We pray in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
