When Midnight Becomes Morning

There’s a particular kind of darkness that settles in around midnight. Not the cozy darkness of settling into bed, but the wide-awake darkness when sleep won’t come. Today we meet two prisoners who choose to sing at midnight, and a jailer whose whole life changes before dawn.
