The Life That Really Is Life

“When they do these things, they will save a treasure for themselves that is a good foundation for the future. That way they can take hold of what is truly life.” — 1 Timothy 6:19 (CEB)
This is the line that gives our series its name. “Take hold of what is truly life.” Paul trusts that generosity, grounded in hope that rests on God, opens our hands to receive something we can’t earn and can’t lose.
