The Kingdom of Heaven is like the internet, in that it is:

• Diverse

• Growing / expanding

• Communal / connecting

• Experiential

The Kingdom of Heaven is not like the internet, in that it is:

• Not damaging or destructive, which the internet can be at times.

This post came about from listening to pray-as-you-go yesterday. As a part of the daily time of prayer, Matthew 13:31-34 was read and the question asked - "If Jesus was speaking to a crowd in your home town today do you think he would use the same images, or are there different parables you think he might tell?"
