Speedlinking - What is it?

From time to time you will find a post titled Speedlinking. (Like the one below) This is a collection of blog posts from various sources that I have found to be valuable and think that you might also find valuable or enjoy. Often these are posts on which I have commented.

In the each bullet point you will find two links - One to the particular post which I am recommending and the other link to the main blog site to the individual.

Are two links confusing? Would it be better to just link directly to the recommended post? What would be most helpful for you?
