Last but not least is conversation with a member of the congregation. I was greeting people on the way out after one of the services when an individual stopped and had a brief conversation with me. Final words from this individual to me:
“Don’t eat too many deviled eggs today.”
Good advice.

I don’t know if it’s possible to eat too many deviled eggs. Unless, of course, you have dyed them with food coloring to make a culinary American flag for a 4th of July baking contest, which you were only able to win (in one of four categories) because of making a cake with the most ingredients, one of which was fish food, on display in the spacious kitchen of a mansion in Michigan which actually had servant quarters and big screen tv’s in all of the bathrooms which, incidentally, also each had whirlpools with wonderfully powerful water jets.
Not that I would know anything about that.
Two things at the top of my evil list for foods are Mayonnaise and Mustard – needless to say I have no problem avoiding Deviled Eggs – which in my mind are appropriately named! Get The Behind Me Satanic EGGS!!
deviantmonk – Indeed, not that you would know anything about that… Fascinating story – from someone else.
Chuck – You make me laugh out loud. Thanks!
