		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for these thoughts.  As we approach World Communion Sunday, our church PCusa, is participating in the Peacemaking offering.  I am inviting the congregation to participate in a physical as well as a financial offering.  we are going to try it...Ghana style I guess you would say.  Where we will attempt (wonderful mainly pew sitting congregation) to sing an known Ghaninian praise song and leave your pew to bring yourself, whether you got money or not, up to the table.   

Our youth experienced this at a youth conference this summer and were really struck that for them, they are used to the offetory time being so stoic...they do not mind that but thought it would be good to also have times when we are physically and joyfully excited about giving in the church.  I appreciate your thoughts and ask for your support as I , the associate, attempts to make a move a little, just for this time.]]></description>
