I cannot quite imagine…
I can barely believe it. News tonight about a shooting at New Life Church and Youth With a Mission Denver breaks my heart – (CNN articles – New Life Church and YWAM) I see the photo of the police officer outside New Life Church and try to imagine what it would be like if this were the scene outside of Resurrection.
I can’t quite picture it.
Anger, fear, questioning…
I pray for all the people who have been affected both directly and indirectly by these events. What does justice look like here?

Andrew – as a Resurrection member, I appreciate the volunteers in our security ministry. The New Life Church leaders had reacted to the shooting at the missionary training site twelve hours earlier and had put additional security in place. That probably limited the loss of life at New Life.

Steve – Thanks for your comment. I am also very grateful for the security ministry here at Resurrection. I know that the men and women that make up that team are excellent at what they do. Thanks for the reminder.
