		<description><![CDATA[Hey, thanks for these thoughts.  I too agree that my paper was short on practical and heavy in theoretical. That was my complaint with the paper too :)  Really though, there were two reasons for that.  First, the paper had to be 17 pages long so there was little room.  Second, how this works out in a church community is not that easy :)  At my church we are in the midst of experimenting with some things and some have bombed and some have been successful.  I hope to write a follow-up to this with some more practical stuff we have tried at The Well sometime this summer.
